A pricing set of drawings is provided so you can obtain contractor pricing, compare materials, and evaluate construction options.
Builder & Material Selection
You choose the builder, suppliers, and construction approach that best fits your goals.
Final Project Coordination
In collaboration with you and the builder, selected materials, systems, and construction preferences are incorporated into the final design package
Construction Drawings
We prepare the finalized construction documents required for building and permitting.

Before final construction drawings are completed, we provide a pricing set that allows you to obtain contractor pricing, compare building methods, and evaluate material options. This approach gives you the information needed to make confident decisions before committing to construction.
Our design services are billed hourly, while construction drawings are typically priced by square footage. Engineering costs are included in all our proposals, allowing clients to understand the full scope of costs from the beginning.
